LEONARDO PIERACCIONI IS SHOOTING “UN WEEKEND ARTIFICIALE”, IN THEATERS FROM NOVEMBER 19

The cast also includes Herbert Ballerina, Massimo Ceccherini, Tosca D’Aquino, Tim Daish, Giovanni Esposito, Paolo Hendel, Alessandro Mauthe, Roberto Zibetti and Marta Zoboli, with the participation of Giorgio Panariello.

Filming is underway in Rome on “Un weekend artificiale”, the new comedy directed by Leonardo Pieraccioni, who also stars in the film alongside Giulia Vecchio. The cast also includes Herbert Ballerina, Massimo Ceccherini, Tosca D’Aquino, Tim Daish, Giovanni Esposito, Paolo Hendel, Alessandro Mauthe, Roberto Zibetti and Marta Zoboli, with the participation of Giorgio Panariello.

Written by the director and actor himself together with Filippo Bologna and Andrea Bassi, the film is produced by Mario Gianani, Lorenzo Mieli and Valentina Avenia for Our Films. It is an Our Films production, a Mediawan company, and Vision Distribution, in collaboration with Sky.

Leonardo, a hairdresser from Florence, is invited together with six strangers to a dream villa to take part in an unprecedented experiment: they must discover which one of them is a humanoid created with artificial intelligence. An extremely chaotic weekend of suspicions, emotions and twists ensues… before feelings and real life send everyone into a tailspin.

Cinematography is by Davide Manca, production design by Biagio Fersini, costumes by Claudio Cordaro and editing by Patrizio Marone. Music will be by Gianluca Sibaldi.

“Un weekend artificiale” will be released in Italian theaters on November 19, distributed by Vision Distribution, which will also handle international sales.
