OUR FILMS

OUR FILMS is a film and television production company based in Rome, dedicated to every aspect of developing and producing feature films, television series, and documentaries. Founders Lorenzo Mieli and Mario Gianani are producers behind major international successes such as “The Hand of God” and “Parthenope” by Paolo Sorrentino, “Priscilla” by Sofia Coppola, “Queer” and “Bones and All” by Luca Guadagnino, “Maria” by Pablo Larraín, “The Eight Mountains” by Felix van Groeningen and Charlotte Vandermeersch, “There’s Still Tomorrow” by Paola Cortellesi, and “Limonov: The Ballad” by Kirill Serebrennikov. In television, Gianani and Mieli have produced numerous series, including the eight-episode limited series “M” by Joe Wright, based on the life of Mussolini, as well as internationally acclaimed productions such as “The Young Pope” and “The New Pope”, both created by Academy Award-winning director Paolo Sorrentino, “We Are Who We Are” by Luca Guadagnino, and “My Brilliant Friend”, directed by Saverio Costanzo and adapted from the bestselling novels by Elena Ferrante. During its first year of activity, OUR FILMS produced “Portobello” by Marco Bellocchio and “Francesco De Gregori – Nevergreen” by Stefano Pistolini, both selected out of competition at the 82nd Venice Film Festival. It also produced “La Vita Va Così” by Riccardo Milani and “Figlio di Giano” by Luigi Grispello, both selected for the Rome Film Fest, as well as “Oi Vita Mia” starring Pio e Amedeo, which became a box-office hit during the autumn film season, and “Fatherland” by Paweł Pawlikowski, winner of the Best Director Award at the Cannes Film Festival 2026. Currently in production is “Let Love In” by Felix van Groeningen. OUR FILMS is part of the French group MEDIAWAN.
